The mission
The Department’s overarching mission is to provide internal customers with the tools and training necessary to perform their duties in an effective, efficient, and judicious manner while supporting our external customers (attorneys-at-law, litigants, Member States and members of the public) with technology which enables them to access the Court’s services. Through the execution of its mandate, the IS team desires to provide cost-effective technology, service and support that meets the needs of its users and are worthy of emulation by regional courts.
