The Court
The Caribbean Court of Justice is the regional judicial tribunal of the Caribbean — a municipal court of last resort for the states that have acceded to its Appellate Jurisdiction, and an international court with original, compulsory and exclusive jurisdiction over the Revised Treaty of Chaguaramas.

- 14 February 2001, by the Agreement Establishing the Caribbean Court of Justice
- Inaugurated
- 2005, in Port of Spain, Republic of Trinidad and Tobago
- Original Jurisdiction
- The treaty court of the Caribbean Community, serving the 12 CSME Member States
- Appellate Jurisdiction
- The final court of appeal for Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Guyana and Saint Lucia
