The CCJ Dismisses Chastanet Appeal

On Wednesday, 15 October 2025, the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) dismissed an appeal challenging the withdrawal of customs violation proceedings against the current Deputy Prime Minister of Saint Lucia, Dr Ernest Hilaire.
